In present setup A.C. motor is used as a prime mover. With proper speed reduction using Worm Gear, desired test RPM is achieved. To convert this rotary motion in to Linear one, Eccentric Mechanism is used. But here this Eccentric Mechanism comes with continuously changeable strokes. User can select any test stroke within the limits to suit his choice. For proper guide to reciprocating shaft, Gun Metal Bush is provided.
‘S’ type loadcell is used for sensing actual loads. And to adapt test shockers, required fixtures are provided.
. Control panel incorporates Peak Hold Indicator to see the Actual Peak Tension / Compression Values and speed . Control elements are placed on the Panel Front to Start/Stop the Machine for user’s ease. Where MCB is there to avoid Short Circuit & Overload condition.
All sides are packed with Sheet Metal doors to improve the look of machine. And Powder coated finish adds to the final aesthetic looks & touches.
