ION EXCHANGER SETUP

DESCRIPTION : These units consist of two PVC cylinders filled with cation and anion exchange resins. The Cylinders are firmly mounted on M. S. tubular framework supported on M. S. angle frame s. These cylinders are connected in series by means of flexible tubes and hard rubber multi valve block having four rubber diaphragm valves. In normal operation, raw water passed through cation exchanger in same direction through valve block and anion exchanger in same direction. The treated water passed through conductivity cell calibrated indicate the quality of treated water on conductivity meter.
