CLOSED LOOP ELECTRONIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM

RANGE OF EXPERIMENTS TO BE CARRIED OUT:
1. To Study the closed loop electronic Temperature control system
2.To study the PID Controller.
. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
The system comprises of Pneumatic actuated diaphragm control valve , Temperature transmitter, I/P Convertor , PID controller and air filter regulator. The set point is set on the PID Controller. The output from the Temperature transmitter is given to the PID controller. The output from the PID controller is given to the I/P Covertor.The I/P convertor controls the flow of air to Pneumatic actuated diaphragm control valve which ultimately controls the flow of water to maintain the required temperature in the system. An electric gyser is used to heat the water A rotameter is used to measure the flow of water. . A sump tank with centrifugal pump is provided. The whole setup mounted on sturdy iron frame , powder coated with good color combination.
