1. To Study the closed loop electronic Pressure control system
2.To study the PID Controller.
. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
The system comprises of Pneumatic actuated diaphragm control valve , Pressure transmitter, I/P Convertor , PID controller and air filter regulator. The set point is set on the PID Controller. The output from the pressure transmitter is given to the PID controller. The output from the PID controller is given to the I/P Covertor.The I/P convertor controls the flow of air to Pneumatic actuated diaphragm control valve which ultimately controls the pressure of air in the tank. A suitable capacity compressor is provided for supply of air. The whole setup mounted on sturdy iron frame , powder coated with good color combination.
