RANGE OF EXPERIMENTS TO BE CARRIED OUT:
1. To Study the closed loop electronic Moisture control system
2.To study the PID Controller.
. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
The system comprises of Pneumatic actuated diaphragm control valve , Moisture transmitter, I/P Convertor , PID controller and air filter regulator. The set point is set on the PID Controller. The output from the PH transmitter is given to the PID controller. The output from the PID controller is given to the I/P Covertor.The I/P convertor controls the flow of air to Pneumatic actuated diaphragm control valve which ultimately controls the flow of steam to maintain the required moisture in the system.. A suitable capacity boiler with heaters , pressure gauge and safety valve is provided. The whole setup mounted on sturdy iron frame , powder coated with good color combination.
