TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
TheEpicyclic gear train Assembly is held between a Plummer / Bearing Block & Prime mover. In continuation with the output shaft , a Flat Surface Pulley is linked. Again this pulley is held between two Plummer / Bearing Blocks.To apply load or torque on the output of Epicyclic gear train Assembly, friction mechanism is used. Good quality Brake lining is fitted on a half-round plate. And this plate with necessary supports, is placed on the top of the Flat Surface pulley. With the help of this arrangement, one can place load plates or weights, to generate friction Torque . Body of the Epicyclic Gear Train is liked to Tension Indicators ( mechanical type ). And suitable frame is mounted to hold these Tension Indicators. Two such tension indicators are linked to two arms, which are linked with gear train body.
Total components including Motor & a Epicyclic Assembly, are mounted on a suitable & sturdy mechanical frame. Proper guard is provided for rotational parts, from safety point of view.
Good lay out based Electrical Control Panel is provided along with, so as to exert suitable control on the apparatus. All set up is provided with powder coated finish, form aesthetic & durability point of view. Necessary arrangements like foundation drilling are also provided.

CLUTCH LINER TEST RIG

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
In present setup , power is transferred to Clutch via a V belt, running over a pulley. And as a prime mover, suitable capacity A. C. Motor is used. Then Clutch Assembly is held between two Plummer / Bearing Blocks. In continuation with the Clutch Shaft, a Flat Surface Pulley is linked. Again this pulley is held between two Plummer / Bearing Blocks.
To apply Load or Torque on the Clutch Plate, friction mechanism is used. Good quality Brake lining is fitted on a half-round plate. And this plate with necessary supports is placed on the top of the Flat Surface pulley. Withthe help of this arrangement, one can place load plates or weight, to generate friction Torque.
As always there is an arrangement to adjust the motor base, so that proper belt tensioning becomes possible.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
The setup Frame work is made up of square MS channels. Bottomline of the Rig holds the Main Drive i.e. AC Motor. Output of this Driving Motor is brought to Top working level using Belt Drive. This Main Motor is having feature to adjust the appropriate Tension for the connected Belt Drive. Top end of this motorized Drive holds a Brake Drum with Typical Rope Brake type Belt loading arrangement with necessary Spring Balances. Front extended Face of this Drum has a very specific purpose, i.e. to get in contact with Test Specimen of Brake Lining. To establish the contact between TestBrake Lining & revolving Drum Face, a Hydraulic Cylinder based Test Specimen
Holder is provided. So when Cylinder is activated, Brake Lining Sample makes a direct friction contact with revolving Drum Face & Vice Versa. To actuate the Hydraulic Cylinder, a Hand operated Hydraulic Pump is provided with related Relief Valve Electrical Control Panel covers required DOL starter for AC Motor to turn it On
